Based On Our Client Services Charter We seek to work with successful entrepreneurs of organisations with real growth potential who recognise the need for some objective external professional input in our specialist areas. We need to establish the right interpersonal chemistry with clients and ensure that open two way communication is developed in order to create a "partnership" approach to the work. Our key people are qualified, experienced marketing / sales development professionals committed to Continuous Professional Development. In addition, our established best practice systems and procedures help to ensure the quality of our service. Introductory meetings with potential clients in the Midlands are FREE and without any obligation. At the beginning of all work, Terms of Reference are discussed in detail and agreed (including fees). Regular meetings are held during the project(s) to review progress. Our recommendations are discussed and agreed with the client before being finalised / presented for approval. A results orientated report with an action plan that is practical, manageable and affordable is then handed over. Opportunities for further work together are developed. Recent clients are encouraged to refer MDS Ltd to others. Contact is maintained as part of our ongoing Client Care Programme and that ensures that MDS Ltd is the first organisation that our clients contact when other business development issues arise. Any client with queries is encouraged to contact the Managing Director direct so that they may be resolved as part of our commitment to providing high quality levels of client service, satisfaction and care. |
